Welcome to the Office of Student Conduct Website
The Office of Student Conduct is responsible for coordinating and administering the student disciplinary process at Iowa State University. This includes receiving reports of alleged misconduct, ensuring that students receive due process and fair treatment throughout the hearing process, and maintaining students' disciplinary records. Additionally, the Office of Student Conduct staff is committed to informing students of their rights as members of the university community and educating them regarding the responsibilities they have to themselves and the other members of the university community.
Individuals who believe that a violation of the Student Disciplinary Regulations has occurred may contact the Office of Student Conduct in the Dean of Students Office to discuss options available for reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities on campus.
The central objectives of the Office of Student Conduct are to support the university's commitment to the academic success and holistic development of each individual student by promoting respect and responsibility; protecting the freedom of students to learn without the undue influence of others; creating opportunities to learn from experiences; and challenging students to take responsibility for their actions.
