Reporting

If you believe a student may have violated the Student Disciplinary Regulations, please call our office at 515-294-1020 or send any of our staff members an email outlining the incident including the date, time, location, any witnesses, a summary narrative, any actions or steps taken.  For emergencies, you should always dial 9-1-1.

If you are reporting an incident regarding the Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Assault, and Sexual Harassment Involving Students policy or the Discrimination and Harassment policy, please contact the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO).
